Angry Vacuum leak?

So my guage is reading 0 vac when im coasting after ive warmed it up.
when i start it up in the morning it seems to be at 13ish, but shouldnt it be around 16-17ish?
But the thing i dont understand is if i am having a vac leak, it should affect my psi at least at some point, but it doesnt seem to.
A vac leak that is at zero couldnt possibly just "fix" itself when i wake up in the morning and its cold, i mean it was reading at zero after all right?
I have checked over all of my mods ive done and they are all on tightly with no leaks.

I already know the answer to this, but can adjusting my stock wastgate actuator affect my vac? I dont see how it could.. but that is the only thing i can think of that i did a while back..

Start by checking your vacuum with a secondary vacuum guage. Craftsman, snap-on, matco all make good ones. If you really have below 15inHg at idle all the time, it's time for an engine rebuild. Think of the engine as a vacuum. (this is simplified greatly)-> The piston pulls down sucking air in with intake open/exhaust valve shut, piston moves up with both valves closed and ignite the mixture which pushes the piston down. When the piston comes back up, the exhaust valve is open expelling the burnt mixture. That being said, none of that can happen if the rings are not sealing. Low vac at idle usually indicates that, but the engine usually won't idle smooth either.

Edit: That is greatly simplified and would take a page to go indepth. My assumption is there is something wrong with your boost guage or input to guage.

No, the bov recirc or not, should stay closed and sealed, not effecting the system at all. If the bov was open, it would idle like crap b/c of the massive vac leak that you couldn't mistake (if at all with the MAF). I just noticed your question about the wga. Even if the wga was stuck all the way back, at idle I don't believe the turbo would flow enough air to push vac to zero. The problem I've seen a few times (not on a x) with stuck wastegates are the car not building boost but the idle is normal (on external dump it's really obvious). To take it out of the equation, you could remove the rod and see if the flapper moves a lot to the passenger side. I still don't think that is a factor in your situation, but there's a first time for everything.
