Car acting weird when exhaust got installed

Ok so im running a Cobb Stage 2 map 93 octane with the SF intake option. I got the SF intake installed and a full turbo back...i had the downpipe and testpipe innstalled before i put the cat back on and when i did it seems like the car is hesitating and jumping rpm's real quick when i punch it. For example if im in 3rd gear at 2000rpms and kinda give it gas it will jump to 3200 then drop to like 2800 then pull hard, but it seems like its running a little off even with the tune on it....it does this in every gear, if i ease into the gas then it will pull smoothly. its a buschur quiet catback, im just wondering if any body has this hesitation problem too but it could be turbo lag.....

well i just rolled over to 16000 and i went with the clutchmasters cause of their reputation...excedy still has a good clutch system though....and i also ordered the AMS clamp lol .....btw the stealership was charging me $1700 for just labor on it...i found a shop that said they would do it for $800...and i only launched it 1 time at like 4000 miles....its weird cause when i put the cat back on then the next day it went out...
