I have a Cobb Stage 2 (Stage 2 Cobb SF Map with LWG), K&N Typhoon Intake, MilSpec Cat, and an HKS Hi-Power Exhaust. Car has had this for about 6 months, and no problems. Last week or so I noticed that my car idled funny (bouncing between like 750rpms to just under a thousand). This would happen like every two days, so I wasn't conscerned.

Tonigh I went to step on the gas in first and at 3000 or 3200 rpms I got this bad hesitation...it was like the tach hit mud. It felt real sluggish till about 4000rpms then took off. I tried this again in second, and once it got through the hesistation I heard a pop like a backfire (though it sounded more towards the front of the car and my ASC light came on.

I noticed I have no hesitation at part throttle and when I checked for a code, there were't any. Car is a GSR with 20K on it, running Sunoco 93, outside temperature was 22f. Any ideas?

 

Nevermind...fuel pump vaccuum line popped off.

 

I just had the issue happen today....so the vaccum line popped off the fuel pump? Where exactly is the pump located
