Stage 1 + cobb ap = pill removal?
While reading the cobb forums I came across this post that travis made... Just curious if anyone has heard of pill removal for stage 1 or done it?

Without the Pill mod you won't be hitting full boost which will cause a decrease in power, which sort of defeats the purpose. The restrictor pill mod really is not that difficult to do and it is easily reversable. Even if you lose the pill, they are easy to purchase again. The same issue will persist with the stage 1 map as well, but won't be as pronounced. You can run the stage 1 map, but again, it will be at reduced performance.
