turbo and torque

Would it be possible to upgrade the turbo and tune it so that it does not produce a lot of torque at the low end but have a lot of HP at the high end?

Reason for the question is because I have a MR.

Upgraded turbos will generally give you more high end HP & torque. If you want to lower your torque in the low-mid range, you'll need to lower the boost in that range. Your tuner should be able to do that for you thru the stock boost control solenoids.

That turbo is a little bigger than what I was thinking.
