P1241 CODE questions

We have flashed EvoX with INJEN intake, UR exhaust, EBC Blitz I-color.
We periodically have the 1241 and limp mode only when air conditioner "ON", when this one "OFF" - the car always works correctly.

And yet, this car is USDM 52680015. We are using similar tuning tables on EDM 54030007 (with the same kit of tuning components) and have not any problems with 1241 there. But i need say that i feel that this car (USDM) is the faster...

Any ideas?
Thanks.

Is there a heat shield on the intake? Cause i know when you have the ac on the hot air comes right into the intake path, and the maf freakes out since it has a rush of hot air.

I did it, but don't help. Probably in initial tables there is any logic which gets off at modification by hands. Initially we use airflow check and torque limiter cards from the tuning car which here cannot be mentioned .
