Hmm, I thought it was ECU Option Set #4 bit 13. The address I posted above changes this bit.

Okay so in cell I do "= 0" and it doesn't change. If I use "[" to decrease the bit to 0 it changes cells above and below it... The displayed values of those cells are the same but it's show up in ECUFlash as a changed value... Any ideas?

Anyone else tried this and have anything to report?

@tephra - If P-bit disable works for the 52680015 ROM (which is the ROM from the first USDM X's correct?) what would keep it from working for the subsequent ROMs that inherit from it, e.g. 52680020?

I also changed Option 2 bit.1 ->"0" and now have the p0140 code. I have the sensor removed and have my WBO2 feed to the sensor input.
ROM 53600010

Hmmm, just realized you have a Ralliart... 53600010 isn't on the list.

Regardless, post your request in that thread.

52680020, Option 2 bit.1 works as expected with sensor connected (12k miles). Sensor has been disconnected for about 1k miles with no issues, either.

connected and tucked in that little pocket under the car where the wires leave the cabin. I am now completely sensor-less (disconnected at the pigtail in cabin)

My ECU reports "NOT READY" so this fix won't pass inspection
