Service Engine Soon Light
ok so i went to advance auto and pulled the code...ended up being an ignition misfire. can anybody forsee this happening because of the richness of the car? like i said last night it was not on but this morning right when i started the car, the light came on and stayed on. takin it in to the dealer for further analysis but figured id share in case anyone had this same issue or if anyone could shed a little knowledge on this subject.......
well i did a little searchin and come to find out it seems to be an issue with earlier released cars, but there is a TSB to fix it. its not gonna hurt anything but might as well get the fix for free. suppose to run a little better after also, we'll see......
Service Engine Soon Light- error Code P1320
Hey, My Evo X Has only 6000 miles.... today around 5 am. When i turned My Evo on. My " service engine soon" light came on.... and Stayed on! I was soo freaking worried! So, i brought it to pep Boys... They were nice enough to give me a Free Computer Dianostics Reading. "awesome"
Anyways, the error code is P1320 " Ignition Timing Retard Insufficient" After searching online, ive notice that many other Evo X's are having the same problem! It sounds like a Manufacturer Defect to Me!

take it to the dealership.....there is a reflash that will fix this problem.
I'm not sure if they were or not, I was thinking about taking it to mitsubishi to see if they can reflash it with the update but I dont want to be running lean all the way back to my tuner
