Checksum error? Afraid to reflash using 1.42

Checksum error? Afraid to reflash using 1.42
I have been using 1.41 for reflashing for quite some time. IN my attempt to enable mode 23, I decided to go to 1.42 and when I pulled my rom from the ECU it is telling me I have checksum error and whether I wanted to correct them. Not really sure what to do since never seen any errors like this before. Anyone?
