P0107 BARO sensor circuit out of range low
500 meters away from home the evo suddenly got into limp mode and shutdown with steering lock
off-on many times code is gone and car is normal, drove her home and shes parked since then!!!!!
what the hell does that mean???
what is BARO??
I had nothing but problems with this car

Brain storm...
Abu dhabi is almost at sea level maybe a bit above or below sea level.
The sensor reads 0-1800 meters. If you go below 0 or below sea level for over 2 min you might throw the code.
I say reset your ECU and check the FPR line.
Go and drive and see if you can repeat the condition.

^^ I dont know about that. Several areas in the united states and other places are below sea level. The MAP sensor doesn't necessarily read altitude. It measures the BAROmetric pressure of the atmosphere to determine the density of the air. My guess to the OP's problem is that he might have a intermittent vacuum leak near the MAP sensor.
But since this only happened once and you can't repeat the problem then it could be a weak connection at a connector or high resistance in the circuit.
Let us know what you find, I suggest you take it to a shop and try to have this diagnosed
