Car won't start code P0107

I have been on SD for about 2 years but today returning from my work the car suddenly died but it started immediately. Then I tried to WOT and it died again with a check engine. After a few minutes it started and when I get my home a read the code. It is was P0107 Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP/BARO Sensor) Circuit Low Voltage. Now the car won't start. I checked vacuum lines and everything looks in place. Could be a bad MAP sensor?

Here is an update, it was the map sensor and I replaced it with a new one. Now the car is running like before. I also contacted Bob from Omni Power and he will warranty exchange the damaged map sensor.
