To Cobb Tuning...

Hey guys... i've put in my info twice for the new ATR and have gotten nothing... are you all slow from the holidays or is there a problem with the software?

I believe it is automated. I did mine at like 3am, and got a link in my email box within an hour. I would double check to make sure you entered all the required info correctly and send it again. Also empty your spam box before you send it so if it lands there, you have less crap to sort through.

It takes a little longer to recieve the program because they are now written for a specific accessport im sure you will get it soon

yeah, I still don't have anything... i'm just wondering if my emails are even going through.

Check you spam filter, sometimes this email gets blocked since it has a link to a program etc. OR, call our Customer Service line at 801-713-0035. Or, PM me your information and I will send it on to the appropriate dept and make sure we get it out to you.
