Right now, I am really focused on the EVO.

Dont get me wrong, I have driven a lot of exotics, both on and off track. They are all so beautiful, but when it comes right down to it, you can buy 100+ BHP for under 3k with these EVOs. There is nothing close to that price per hp in the highline/exotic world. For that reason alone it commands respect.

Go to www.mellontuning.com he did a GREAT job on my stock tune.. i'm at stage 2 now with an off the shelf map and his tune still had the car going faster and with better mileage.

you can get 100 hp for much less than 3k in these cars my friend, and that would be whp not at the crank.

Good Luck on the Evo!

As a Master F-tech, I would say the Evo is much better than the 360.

I had a friend/customer with a 360 stick that I installed all the hyperflow cats, tubi exhaust, cranked the timing to 659 degrees.... He said his car was fast...

Needless to say he drove my car and is now looking into getting an Evo, and I didn't even install the new turbo yet.

That is one hell of a car line up! Your going to love the evo! One suggestion, don't do all the mods at once, it will take away some of the experience of owning an evo.

That is excellent advice, and duly noted. I am starting with the following mods with AWD Performance:

ETS Intake
ETS Complete Downpipe back Exhaust
ETS 3.5" Intercooler with upper & lower piping
Forge Boost Controller
Forge Wastegate Actuator
ECU Tune

Ill let you all know how the dyno tune goes...Mike is expecting parts in about 10 or so days (ETS is a little backed up with production)

I think Ill drive it like this for a little bit and once its time for some gymkhana exercises ill move into fuel, turbo and cams.

;-)

PS: Who makes the best gunmetal wheels for this car?

Advan RgII or the classic TE 37 would be nice.. Whatever you do get with me before you buy them.. For what your doing John we need to discuss Offset and Width.. We can get a chunky tire under your car for the track..

Mike
