turbo (well 02/dump) back will be fine without a tune. 180 kw up from 165 kw stock...

i would NOT do the intake AND exhaust without a tune.

fine a local tooner - or use one of the online guys - ie Mellon

with those mods, you really are going to want a tune. You can always get something like the Accessport that can just be unplugged to avoid an issue. Let me know if I can answer any specific questions. I'm more than happy to help.

To my knowledge all intakes work. The only one in question might be the AMS cold air intake, it might go down in front of the cooler.

But you don't want those anyways. Just get a SRI and you'll be fine. That's what the intercooler is for (to cool off the air).

Far as a Access Port, get a real tune. There isn't a reason to tie one hand behind your back with an access port. It's a waste of money when you can get a tactrix cable and swap the scans yourself.

You can return back to the factory tune. All you have to do is ask your tuner to give you the stock tune. Then you can use ECUFlash / tactrix to put it on when you want to return it back to stock. It's very easy.

Best intake... asking the best of something is very subjective. I'm very happy with the Ralliart drop-in filter. I got some great gains, and kept the factory appearance. Some really like the ETS intake, others like the AEM intake. But the AEM is kinda controversial since it adjusts boost.

As far as cat-back, they all have about the same gains. It just depends if you want it to be loud or not. I'm going with the Blitz Nur spec C-ti or the Tomei Expreme. I'm pretty sure I'll end up getting the Blitz since I want my car to be super quiet and get great gains (80mm all the way through on the blitz). I suggest looking at the stickied evo x exhaust thread.

If you don't tune your car and put an intake on you could get some ill effects. I recommend tuning it as you can get upwards of 70-80whp out of a tune.

you can pick whoever you want.

lots of guys will recommend Mellon (http://www.mellontuning.com/)

basically the tuner will liase with you online to tune your car - basically getting you to drive while they provide you with ROM's and then make fine tuning adjustments based on logs...

I really like the Specialty X exhaust. http://www.specialtyx.com/catbacks.htm It sounds AWESOME!

I would make sure that the test pipe is bent and not straight. Some people have complained that it can hit a bolt on the underside of the car and make vibration. But most testpipes will do the same thing- unless you want a resonated one.

Intake- just pick which one you think looks the best, IMO.

Tune- Get a Mellon tune! Heres a link of a guy in KSA getting a tune from Mellon and he can give you the stock map back too! Just follow the what he told this guy and buy the 2.0 tactrix cable.
