really bad knock all of a sudden

Any updates? I have a 2010 GSR that was running perfectly until I installed a catless TBE. Now the car is knocking and feels sluggish..

i think the cause was the cat allowed a bit sooner spool, which put it more into the lean region...

just try adding some fuel to your map

Shop installed the parts. Shouldnt be any leaks.

Back from the dead after my '08X has been recently suffering break up between 5300-6300 RPMs and my #1 cyl spark plug looks like it's taking a beating (others are ok). Ideas welcome!
