Reflashed, car won't start, all sorts of errors... Help?

Benched the ECU, reflashed back to stock... Figured out what the error is etc.. Anyways going to post a couple pics later on and why the problem happened in the first place.
at least you know now how to bench the ecu 
generally there are 2 causes of this:
1) ecuflash screwed up - in which case you can just do "Exit programming mode" or flash again and it will be fine - DO NOT TURN THE IGNITION OFF after a bad flash
2) You screwed up (bad definitions, overwrote something you wern't meant to) - in which case you will need to bench the ECU
