Help!!!
Just installed yesterday:
AEM Intake
Cobb AP
Used the map for Cali (since that's where I am), AEM 91 octane, otherwise stock MR
Was over-boosting badly (I think). When hard on the throttle it seemed like the engine would just cut out suddenly and quite violently, but then just keep right on going.
So I loaded the map for cars that are over-boosting. Same problem. Maybe a little better but it's still doing it. Even threw a CEL - think it was PO234 or something. AP said it was wastegate malfunction or something. I was pretty freaked out. Scared the crap out of me.
I attached a datalog from the car but I'm honestly not sure if the car did it during this log session. Boost pressure is getting up over 27 PSI sometimes.
Other than the problem it seems to run good and pulls nice and hard until......
