you can see in the first log (2.16.23) that row 239 really jumps in AFR

yet the IPW has remained fairly constant for the last 0.5seconds

I am also a bit worried that your wideband isn't seeing stoich for the rows 211-221...

edit - I see you have a green relay. But you have also had other problems with your fuel supply...

hrmm - I don't think this is tune related...

so you think it's mechanical then? maybe something to do with my fuel pump/lines/rail/injectors? Before, my return line had high pressure but that was because it was clogged and I unclogged it...I think higher fuel pressure would make it richer though. I have a fuel pressure gauge under my hood and it looks normal (40 PSI) under idle but there is no way for me to check it under load.

I just find it weird that it was okay yesterday and now it's in the 12's. I feel like if I reset my ECU it'll go back to the 11's. So maybe it is ECU....I don't know...

Yeah, I swapped the right one.....so you don't think this is ECU related? This has happened before and then when I reset the ECU the AFR's go back to 11's.....IDK this is so weird.

Buschur is like a 3 1/2 hour drive for me, not so bad I suppose. You think he could figure it out?

i don't think its ECU behaviour..

i think your just getting luck with the intermittant nature of the problem...

I reckon - reset the ECU everytime you are about todo a pull, eventually you should see its go lean...

DB should be able to solve it... Call him and discuss your options...

Again - double check your relay

Also check that vacuum hose by the dipstick that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. It too can cause you to go lean.

Update:

Ok so I don't know what to think anymore. Under the same calibration, it drifted into the mid 10's under WOT. So I decided to disconnect the negative terminal. Upon reconnecting the negative terminal, the AFR's returned to the mid 11's under wot where they are targeted. This makes absolutely no sense because I have the LTFT wot disable code. So what I did today was turn off the STFT's and the LTFT's completely. Under WOT they seem to be in the mid 11's most of the time but they kissed high 10's a bit. They're fluctuating more than they should, even under the same pull. Keep in mind this is with NO trims. I've seen 11.1 at the same RPM / load cell and also 11.7 at the same RPM / load cell, on the same drive session/pull, with NO trims whatsoever.

So I can't really decided if this a ECU problem, or maybe a mechanical problem.

Tephra, I posted my calibration earlier in this thread, do you think maybe you could just take a look at it and see if anything pops out at you that shouldn't be there?

I'd be happy to paypal you some $$$$ since you've attempted to help me a lot already.

I really don't know what to do anymore I've considered everything from boost leaks to fuel pressure issues to vacuum leaks to injector issues. I really just don't know anymore.

Anyone who attempts to help me here is greatly appreciated....Thank you.

Have you done a 3rd or even 4th gear pull yet?

I did a 2nd gear pull the other day and it just goes way to quick to be useful, especially for analysing AFR's

The intake scaling is stock for my 3" AMS Intake with K&N filter.

I have done 3rd and 4th today on the highway and the result is the same.

I've noticed that now running with no trims, when I first turn my car on, it idles okay at the targeted lambda. but then once I drive around a boost a bit, when it comes time to idle again it'll be too rich.

One thing I forgot to mention is that my stock boost control solenoid is plugged in electrically, but not mechanically. There are no boost lines connecting to it, they are all connected to my AEM tru-boost gauge controller. Don't know if that matters or not.
