Question XML file for 2008 Australian EVO X manual (53040010)

Hi fellow evo friends,

Im after a nicely sorted XML file for my Australian EVO X manual.

The one i have is limited in what maps it has available (yes i have ecuflash user level set to developer) and im not good at modding XML files to get more sections of my ECU accessible (im a dyno guy not a xml writer ) (looks at Tephra etc for help with the def file )

My ECU internal ID is 53040010.

Now i have done some tuning on my car (fuel, boost and MIVEC maps) but as the def file i have is limited in its info i cant open up things that i need like fuel trims affecting WOT fueling etc

any help from people that are good at xml files would be muchly appreciated.

Jason

I don't have one of those. If you want to email me a stock ROM, I can find some of the tables you are asking for. Also, Tephra should have the definitions for this. As he has an AUS GSR.

Thanks Dave.

I dont have your email address and i know you dont accept PM's so if you could email me a good xml for 53040010 to jason73@lm.net.au It would be greatly appreciated.

The current one im using is a mish mash of xml's 53040010, 53050010 (sst MR), and evo10base...
My car is a 5 speed manual but by using the SST/evo10base xml files i was at least able to change the fueling, boost and mivec maps....

My car needs more than that though due to the mods i have done (turbo back exhaust, 1.5bar actuator and 3 port boost soleniod etc etc... FP red turbo is going on the car once i have a better def file), it especially needs the sections: Fuel trims affecting WOT, mode23, stationary rev limit (I can increase it currently in ecuflash but it doesnt seem to change it in the ecu when reflashed) etc etc

As i said before im no XML wizz (i cant make or mod them but im very capable with using ecuflash once i have a def file that works)...I guess im more a engine builder/dyno operator

The issue with posting definition files is that the forums just don't have an easy way to do it. I can't post XML files. I can't fit the text in a post. It's just annoying, so I email.
