What can caused this?

Ok first and for most my tuner is taken care of it free of charge and is going UP and BEYOND to help me out. This is what you call REAL service

Ok so heres the "problem" got the evo tuned Thursday. We put a manual boost controller on there and got up to 25psi held nice and great. Af was 11.2-11.4's

Went for a road test and my AEM wideband read the same ROCK SOLID 11.2-11.4

I came home and took the controller off to reinstall it cleaner (we threw it on there because of time and he did get me on the dyno with only a few hours of notice)

I reinstall it and set the boost back to what he told me. and now the A/f have gotten fatter ranging from 10.8-11.5 I did it in 4th gear on a straight flat road. What can cause something like this to change?
