P0140 dtc - cobb ap

I assume you're referencing the rear O2 sensor disable/enable. To DISABLE, should the box(es) be checked or unchecked?

Heck, my X has taken what I think are an excessive number of cranks to fire up since I drove it off the lot. I consider the "excessive" value to be based on all my cars I've driven from the past 20 years, Toyota's and Ford's mainly. Probably just a factor of the higher fuel pressure needs of this little beast.
I have a ton of experience with P0140 problems. I have spent money buying O2 sensors, throwing my stock cat back on and guess what? Still did not solve this issue.
One advantage I have is that I have the Tactrix 2.0 cable. So I purchased PMScan, a program that has drivers so that I can use the Tactrix cable so that my computer is a scan tool. So I used PMScan and noticed that it was reading activity from the front 02 but not the rear O2 sensor. No surprise there.
Then I went to these monitors that emulate a ODB2 test for emissions that a lot of states use. Well, I passed everything except for O2 Heated Circuit monitor and Rear O2 monitor.
So I took my car to an experienced aftermarket shop, reinstalled my stock cat and after installing a brand new rear O2 sensor the ****er was still not working!!! My tuner actually just tapped into the wiring and gave the sensor voltage, and it was working!!! So my tuner basically said somehow the ECU was not switching the O2 heater circuit, hence why no activity. The sensor was working fine.
Then it dawned on me to check my tune to see if the bit for the rear O2 sensor was turned off. Well, I looked in ECUFlash and guess what? ECU option 2 bit 1 was zero (off). My previous tuner turned it off for whatever reason. I turned it back to 1 and wolla, no problems, no cels.
P0140 means that either your O2 sensor is dead, there's continuity problems, or your ECU has shut down the O2 sensor because of a tune, or your ECU is bricked. I would check if the O2 sensor is ok by forcing the heater circuit to see voltage and see if the O2 sensor reacts while your car is idle, check your tune, or be prepared to get a new sensor. I hope somone can post a eletrical diagram of the rear O2 circuit.
Just my 2 cents.

just set all systems ready with the fix that's out there and you'll pass even if you erase the codes 5 minutes before the emission test. that's what i did and i passed emission without even a 02 sensor in my car hahaha.
I had this code on my speed 3. I had intake, complete exhaust, bov, and ap. Never had any problems for about 15k and then the check engine light came on with that code about it running too rich or too lean. I had problems with my car backfiring so I put the original air box back on and took the bov off, uninstalled the AP and never had problems. Dealership tried to tell me it had something to do with the map sensor. I noticed having the ap by itself made the car run a bit richer, but I know that these are 2 completely different cars, but thought maybe this would be pretty close. Never figured out what it was since I sold the car bc when check engine lights start coming on, means problems ahead.

Old thread bump.
I got tuned many months ago and my tuner disabled the rear O2 in the Accessport so no CEL's for the rear sonsor would come up. Well here many months later all of the sudden I am getting the P0140. I put in a spacer to see if that would make it stop coming on, but no luck. Still coming on every day. Any ideas?
