Help with cobb tune - ATR

Just dropped in my DW 1000cc injectors and fuel pump. Still waiting for my FP Black to come in the mail.. Anyways, when I log on ATR it reads at the 30 Boost/fuel column ALWAYS. I tried using tracer as well, same thing.
WTF is going on here?

I'm on version 1.8.3.0

Is there a newer version or something?
