Can I clear the service engine soon code - p1320 witout buying a reader or cable?

Yes disconnect your battery for a few minutes and it should be cleared.

That should work, if not you should be able to go to autozone/advance auto and they will let you use the code reader. Have you figured out what caused the code though? If not, it will more than likely return.

Looks like that one is usually caused by improper MAF scaling. He probably installed an intake without a tune.
