Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I have a feeling that most people wouldn't know what to do with this ability if they were given it tomorrow, and even fewer would have a legitimate reason for mucking around with it in the first place :P

Cool nonetheless! Looking forward to the "How we did it" part of the discussion, and hoping I am proven wrong on my above statement

I will answer you here about what you've said.
I don't speak about everyone here, because this forum has hundreds and hundreds of users but only a few guys that are really making wonders in engine tuning. Same thing in the ACD tuning.

For example, i'm the oldest in this domain (at least here, with stock ecu) because i also found the way of doing things in the Evo 7-9 ecu, and now i can make you a file to shave seconds out of a lap. For example, i had a team that tested my files in Silverstone and went down with 2 seconds per lap. It is a lot to say the least. And this is not the only case. I have a friend here in the forums that prepared a car for PikesPeak and tuned the transmission and he won the class if i remember correctly.
Bottom line, in the Evo 7-9 i can really transform your car as much as a EvoGreen transforms it from stock - not much but very subtle.

Now, from what i seen until now, the Evo X capabilities are even higher because it uses a better ECU, much more memory and the differentials are mechanical better. So i'm sure that in the end, i will make this Evo X rock the same you with the older.

So, i think this is really a part of the tuning that most of the people are not looking at!
