S0S calling out for a lil help

tuned my buddies X (2008 rom ID 5268012) last night...
Mods: FP Red, 3 port, ETS intake, FIC 1100's, fuel pump, and intercooler piping, all else stock, on 91 octane... Tuning went somewhat smooth, (took a while to get the inj. dialed in) tuned boost was conservative 25.5 - 24/23.5, afr was conservative 11.5 peak, to low 11's till redline (~7300) timing was 7*peak, 8,9,9,10,12,13,15 and ~ 18-20 @ 7500. Didnt see more than 0 - 3 counts throughout all pulls. Heres the scalings and latencies I ended up w/ for this evo. Started w/ mrfred's scalings as my base.
trims were -4/-1 o2 was +/- 5 I let them cycle 4 times, and ended up there.

Last night, hits me up saying hes loving it, no more surge, and felt great! Im feeling pretty good about myself, and then...

He calls me up today, and tells me all of the sudden, the car will barely hold idle and is undrivable... (No Cells) I rushed down to where he was @, and my first instinct was to check the intercooler piping, and hoses. Well, all seem to be plumbed in, altho we were in a parking lot and it was dark... I thought maybe the trims drifted... Tried a bunch of different scaling/latencies but didnt help....
Its as if the car is in some kind of limp mode, w/ out the cell, and w/out actually being in limp mode... any type of throttle and it wants to cut out or something. Im @ a loss, embarassed and feel terrible, asking for some input/guidance....
Please help Im more than happy to share the rom/maps, whatever is needed to asess the situation...

Thanks

thanks Dave. Ill have them check that...
Is that the one, right infront of the intake mani, left side (facing the motor) if so, thats on, both sides.

Do the scaling/latencies look about right?

Can some1 explain what the "old" latency map is for? And if I should be using the regular map? If I change 1 map it changes the other...

car ran flawless the night of the tuning, IDK WTF is going on...

Check vac hoses like stated. Pull the plugs.

Old/New latency tables are the same, only difference is scaling.

thanks for chiming in.

so far they pulled the plugs, looked ok, checked coilpacks, ok, and all of the piping was in.
I was just told he just got gas right before this hapenned... Would a bad tank of gas have anything to do w/ it? Ive heard of this, but didnt think it would affect the car like this.
Also, do the X's require the resistor pack to be bypassed? This was not done.

I really appreciate the input!!! Troubleshooting is obviously not my forte... Altho, Im workin on it....

No they do not require the bypass.

Other thing to check is the fuel pump assembly. The hose from the pump sometimes gets kinked if you aren't careful and can split over time. It can cause the exact symptoms you are describing.

just got a call from the shop, and they think they may have found the culprit... The internal (S shape hose) to the FP burst... We'll see, I think theyre gonna have to order that hose... I hope thats it!

ok just got a call from the shop, they replaced that hose and all is well.
So ended up being the internal s shaped hose to the fuel pump.

I want to thank all who helped out, THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Much appreciated!

and in case any1 is interested, this evo x made 320hp/300tq on a dyno dynamics.
