It's 52680123

Which would be a Tephra Mods of 52680023, of which neither exists.

It has been tuned... so someone messed with the rom to make it not very readable. It also had a messed up check sum.

Make a file called 52680123.xml in your rommetadata (probably mitsubishi/evo sub folder).
Code:
<rom>
  <romid>
    <xmlid>52680123</xmlid>
    <internalidaddress>5002a</internalidaddress>
    <internalidhex>52680123</internalidhex>
    <make>Mitsubishi</make>
    <market>USDM</market>
    <model>Lancer</model>
    <submodel>Evolution X</submodel>
    <transmission>5MT</transmission>
    <year>2008</year>
    <flashmethod>mitsucan</flashmethod>
    <memmodel>M32186F8</memmodel>
    <checksummodule>mitsucan</checksummodule>
  </romid>

  <include>52680015</include>

</rom>

also you might want to make yourself a "developer" user level in ecuflash (this happened when i reinstalled ecuflash). it's either that or what golden said a missing reference xml.
