Should I tune my car? Ecu remapping

I own an EVO X 2011 MR with ETS cat back and intercooler. I wanted to know if I should have the ECU re mapped and change the air filter or not. Will it give me better performance and better gas mileage? Thanks guys for helping!

A bone stock EVO should be tuned, let alone if you start adding parts.

Cobb socal/road race engineering seem to be pretty popular. There are a bunch of road tune people as well in LA.
