Knock at top end of RPM
I'm getting a lot of knock, 6-11 counts inbetween 6500-7000rpms, the other day it was around 14. This just started happening, and I have never had a problem in the last year or so I've had this map. Any ideas? I don't have a log right now, I'm to scared of blowing my **** to log it right now.
How much is considered a lot in terms of knock? and what the hell is going on, AFRs seem to be in the normal range 11.0-11.7

93 octane advertised as ethanol free, which is same brand and gas I have always ran since I owned the car.
Stock turbo
Akuma Intake
Niesie 1pc upper ic pipe
Akuma lower ic pipe
cnt exhaust
megan test pipe
No CELs
43,500 miles
Oil change due in 900miles
Stock clutch with magnus CMC
I was wondering if a noisy throwout bearing could cause this.

I would check plugs quick, could be something there, hopefully none are mashed. Who tuned you? I'd start by asking them as well.
I would think the throwout bearing could cause this potentially, a lot of mechanical noises can set the knock sensor off.
This could be something as simple as bad gas too though. You weren't running lean, so your FPR hose didn't pop off and your relay is prolly still good.
So I guess I'd first start with plugs to make sure those look ok as if you have fuel that is the next place to look. Have you changed them ever?

Also I have blue relays, but I switched them around before I logged so it's not the relays. and the FPR hose was check and still zipped down tight.
Could a climate change cause this? Weather has been up and down here. And I've always had a noisy throwout bearing.
This was an OTS map from Akuma, I emailed him last night, and haven't had a chance to check my email yet.
I replaced my plugs around 20k miles ago. I'll check my plugs, although (knock on wood) the car sounds normal and there is no hesitation, bucking, or any symptoms associated with a mashed plug. It feels almost like its pulling hard up top.

You weren't overboosting either. I don't think your timing is too high as boost is so low on the stock turbo.
I still think bad gas/plugs could have made this worse but hard to say.

Honestly its impossible to say. I doubt the AFR did the damage if there is any though. It would be something else. I'd wait for Akuma then I guess report back. Maybe someone else will chime in with something else to check out.

And that has been the normal AFR since I have been running this map, and comparing it with all my other data logs in the past, everything is the same or similar except for the knock.
We had a chance to talk and I am leaning towards plugs/gas. I have to look over the log in detail, but from our convo it sounds like the tune is still operating as expected, afr is proper and timing sounds good. Again, I will review the log in detail, but a preliminary diagnosis is as described.
Thanks.

Thanks again John for taking time out of your day to talk to me.
Pulled the spark plugs and found that 3 out of the 4 coil pack bolts (the single 10mm one that holds them to the head) were not tightened down, and the last one was pretty loose.
Also some of the plugs had corona stains on them (IE brown ring on the porcelain) NGK says they aren't an issue, but they could be a sign of a coil pack not sitting on the plug right, but that's my guess.
Here are the pics of the plugs, no mashed plugs thank goodness, and I will be ordering some new ones tonight. First photo shows the drivers side(USA) plug.

Ok, preliminary results are pointing to loose coil packs, as my bolts holding them down were extremely loose and pressure and vibration may have been causing them to loose contact with the plug. I've ordered new plugs and they will be here next week. I did some runs earlier, which I didn't log, but knock at the top seemed to be down to 1-2 counts after 6500rpms, and then I did a run tonight which i didn't log which had knock up to 4 counts, still significantly better. The one run I did log, I had 7 counts but that was only after I started letting off or I might have bumped the limiter....probably a result of unburnt fuel igniting, prior to that it was at 3 counts as you can see in the log. I will try to get one more log before our week of rain before I swap plugs out.
Attached is the log, I used the AP to log so no AFR data.
