An vta( vent to atmosphere) bov certainly affects the tune.

I just read about someone having the same problem and it was the HkS.

Hey I unmarried the cobb, the car still ran like a dog and pig rich as well. And my bov is a hks ssqv, its a pull arm blow off valve so idk why that would affect it? Maybe it would, cobb did tell me these maps are not made for vta bov, but i don't see why it would matter? It cant be a vacuum leak because, at idle the car would be lean? and then it would be rich under boost? My car never goes any leaner then 11.7 like ever even under 21 pounds of boost

A person at cobb said 5 but There forum for beta maps shows 8 probably so every tom dick and harry are not emailing them everytime a fuel trim for and off the shelf map goes above 5 but you should have them as close to possible to zero so 5 would be better lol I currently have it to 0 to -3 weather has been crazy though, I like to error on the side of rich.

One i said a properly adjusted bov should be adjusted so it doesn't hang open on vacuum

Two our cars run a maf and map sensor unlike most other cars .. The ecu will pick the lowest load value and use it so that might be the maf unill the bov releases all that wonderful metered air then instead of going pig rich and stalling the map sensor comes in and says ah this load makes more sense let's use this load instead ... Tons of posts about this

And you can log it for yourself log load, maf calc, and map calc. And graph the three in excel

op problem looks to be either the bov which I can't really see or not installing the intake correctly. Log maf volts and maf g/s at idle

But I've been wrong before .. Hooking the stock bov back up should confirm the problem ... Stupid question but you did plug the empty hole in the turbo inlet where the recirculation hose went to right

so here's what I would do...

1Check the intake install with a fine tooth comb make sure everything is tight the maf is facing the correct direction and all the wires are still in there place
2Load a Cobb map that uses a stock intake this will reset the fuel trims
3Turn it on and see how the car runs use the Cobb to monitor ltft used or current what ever Cobb calls it
If the car still runs like **** put the stock bpv back on reset ecu via Cobb so trims are reset and run it again
4if it still runs like **** put the stock I take back on. Reset ecu.
5still running like **** I'm out of ideas with out being there.

Could be fuel pump relay that normally fails open failed close so its constantly on the full voltage would explain why fuel is good at wot but bad at idle ..
