Hi all,

I have a '06 evo 9. I have been having problems with my oxygen sensor (o2) just right after I installed a new 3" HKS hi power exhaust. I got a check engine light (CEL) ever since I installed it. I brought it to the repair shop and they said it was the rear oxygen sensor. I let them replace the rear o2 sensor and the CEL was gone for a while and then went back again.

The repair shop said that some water was accumulating in the o2 sensor that shorted out and killed the sensor.

It has been 4 months now and this is the 2nd repair shop that I went to and still have not fixed the o2 sensor issue. Please reply if you know a shop that is familiar working with EVOs near my area (Queens, New York).
