Evans Tuning is about 2 hours away, I strongly suggest using Jeff.

Ok no problem. I took a look at their website and what systems they tune. Currently i have an Injen Short Ram Intake w/UICP and soon hopefully I will have the Titanium Tomei Exhaust. Im still new with the Evo X and un sure of the Engine Managment System to use if they tune it. Any suggestions?? With The mods I have, if I go with a Cobb AP would that be ok compaired to taking it somewhere and having someone tune it that way??

1. If you have a wideband and tactrix 2.0 cable contact Chet Rickerman for an Etune.

2. Ivey tuning in Linden, NJ. Not too far of a trip from philly.

I did have the AEM Boost Gauge (No Controller) and AEM Wideband installed on the car as well after doing the intake and uicp. I do NOT have the tactrix 2.0 cable. I only plan on doing an exhaust and tune it after that and pretty much leave everything else alone for now due to warranty issues. If i put out the money for the Cobb AP, would that solve any tuning issues or will i still have to go to someone to have it tune. Would i need to get a tactrix 2.0 cable for the Cobb AP or does that cables come in the AP kit.

Just giving update, I spoke with someone from Ivey Tuning and they said that either way will work if they tune it or if I go with the Cobb AP, however going with the Cobb will be a little more money than what they charge for there tune ($495) and their custom Dyno Jet produces about 50 more HP than the AP. Now it comes down to the decisions. I was thinking of upgrading the BOV as well but keeping the stock LICP with the OEM Recirc hose. Any suggestions on a decent BOV that will connect to the stock LICP and hook right up to my Injen Short Ram Intake??

Go to the Philly Members thread on here and talk with the guys...Most people get their Evo's tuned by Petey Turbo or R/T Tuning in Lansdale, PA.
