Cant understand why I'm getting this much knock and why everytime I reflash with the cobb ap my car acts like this

I've heard to not count "Knock Counts" when not WOT. When I'm pushing into 1st I get high knock counts. Forgot if it was here or the other forum but it's engine noise. I'd noticed on smooth entries into/out of 1st "0" knock. Ruff = knock/engine noise

 

Thanks but I didn't get any feedback. except to watch learned knock and if it drops below 100 then it's real knock
