I am still having problems with my heel-and-toe in this car, so I'm now considering crazy work-arounds. (Given that this will involve a hand, instead of just feet, feel free to refer to this idea as a reach-around, but keep in mind that that term seems to already have a meaning, tee hee.) The idea is to use the fact that we have throttle-by-wire to create a button on the gear-shift that, when pressed, is (effectively) the same as a blip on the gas pedal.

Does anyone here know enough about the throttle-by-wire system in an Evo X to either help me plan this or tell me that it's impossible?
