Ets intake CEL

I've installed an ets intake last night and uicp then checked for boost leaks and all seemed fine. As I was driving I did a little pull and my check engine might came on so I read the code with my accessport. It just came up with the mass sensor flow so I'm guessing it's just cause it's getting more air than usual. Well I get to a red light and my rpms just stay around 1750 then go dibs to 1k then jump back up to 1750. I stop and turn the car off then wait a couple minutes and then turn it back on and then idles are normal (around 800rpms) so I take it out and do a couple pulls and it continues to stay at normal rpms. Can this all be caused by the new intake?? Or would anyone know what would've caused this.

Yup the new intake increases the amount of air your MAF sees which could max it out and cause issues. You will need to setup your MAF scaling for the new intake. Check with your tuner about how to do that. Cravnpup was kind enough to link you to Cobb's guide on how to do it.
