Best tuner for the X?

I have a customer with an X, I am about to build the motor for the second time. The first motor spent about 2 years getting "tuned" by several different shops/people. This motor has taken a beating and I'm shocked it even starts with as bad as the leak down looks.

This is a 90X86 10:1 motor with GSC S2s, It made 720 @ 30 psi with a 6262 now it's on a 6466 and making 750 @ 40 psi. The motor is getting worse and worse.

HollywoodX, English Racing, Church's, Road Race Rick and maybe a few I have forgotten have all tried to get this thing right, it's driveability is terrible, and nobody can seem to get it right.

So I guess my question is, who is the ****ing man at tuning these things?? Our next option is a $7000 Motec which were trying to avoid. Thanks in advance.

Boostin Performance has shown great numbers on many cars with different performance levels. Not sure how far away from home you are looking to go, but I have heard nothing but great things from X owners about Devin's tunes.

If you willing to spend 7000 on a ECU send it to AMS they will go through the car and see what's the problem and tune it correctly.

Were in Las Vegas, I am kind of thinking Chris at AMS might have tried, but I could be thinking of a different car.

If it was at AMS it would not have those problems.

Weird that so many reputable tuners havent been able to get that car right. I would think it more mechanical. Why 10:1 and 30+ psi?

Sounds mechanical to me too.
That said, 5150 isn't terribly far, and definitely worth looking at. He's tuned lots of "untunable" Evo Xs for customers.

Hit him up on here, his SN is Bakaunchi.

get a real pro tuner. That is what i did ( my case from the EU), and solved all my long struggle's with mysterious issues. there are many guys who can tune , but guy who really knows are always coming from a pro sport world. ( not so much from forums...)
What i mean pro sport? Teams which get paid for racing... not paying for racing.
Those racing teams can recommend you a tuner which is in that field for decades. those tuners will analyze your car, and give you pointers if needs to be, then tune your car.

Cost a lot but solves the problem.
