Tunes and emmision testing

I'm about to get a UICP and wanted to get a tune after that. I live in MD and was wondering if the tune will affect the test at all.

Never heard of an issue with a tuned car passing MD emissions. Have several friends with tuned VIII's who have been passing emissions for years.

I have a UICP intake and TBE with tune....I'll be doing my emissions by this time next month. You shouldn't have any issues but when i go, and if i have issues i'll let you know.

i must agree ^ my old kawi 636 blew up sitting in my driveway warming up one day after years of abuse. as stated even at low rpm its actually quite a lot of force behind that 1 or 2lb rod
