Latest Base Map SES

when i load the latest base map i get a P0037 Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 2.
the latest I can use is 52680022_2008_USDM_5MT

when I flash to any earlier rom 526800(15-19)_2008_USDM_5MT I get a communication code I don't understand. P37B8 happens when I'm on idle or engine is off.

I can clear DTC in EvoScan but it pops up when I start the car again. Service engine Soon doesn't light up on the dash. Only the P0037 light up the SES light.

Should I Ignore it?
Do the older Rom's not test for 02 Heater Circuit?

The older roms probably have the Rear o2 off, which is why the code is being thrown in the newest rom, since you do not have a rear O2. Turn it off under ECU options #2 and the DTC p0139 and p0140

But I do have a rear O2 put back on. For emissions purposes. (Yes, still...) I'm gettin better at this ecu tuning thing so maybe I won't need to always go back to stock exhaust for emissions. I seen a write up for wideband O2 tied in with car ecu so Evoscan can monitor it. Combined with altering roms for rear O2 simulation. This might work for me.

That code makes me think that the ECU doesn't see the Rear O2, because it shouldn't throw a code right away if it see the sensor, it'd need a drive cycle or 2 before it throws the code
