Passing Smog with economy map

If I were to load my Econ map with my Cobb tuner would that help pass my emissions test ?

I have a HFC

Map will help, HFC is always iffy. Who makes your cat?

It's a magnaflow cat. I'm heading to the shop today to check it out. I'll load the Econ map for sure. Thx.
