Help!! erratic idle-rich afr-radio not working

Just like the title says, i need help. Just got my long awaited tune (91&e85).
Drive home was fun but Cel went on. Codes 0172-0133-u167-u184. Check the accessport and says too rich , 02 sensor was slow reading and immobilizer not communicating. Also radio has power but no reception. Could pick up my incoming calls though. I was told by my tuner that it was my front 02 sensor, but read a few here with the same problem and change their sensors but problem were still there. Erractic idle, car looks like its gonna stall. Just wanted to know has anybody found the real problem before i throw money again to get the sensor. Thanks

are you tuned for e85 or are you tuned for a flex fuel system in conjunction with the cobb? Evo's arnt designed for e85 as ethanol skews o2 sensor readings to the rich side, so your ecu thinks its running too rich, attempts to compensate the rich condition by removing fuel but reached its compensation threshold thus you get the code but in reality, your car is probably running so lean during idle/cruise that it almost feels like its stalling. Just my 2 cents. If you could find a way to disable open loop control and strictly run closed loop, your problem may likely go away if my theories correct.
