EvoScan won's log fuel trims

Hello all, I just changed from 1000cc to 1600cc injectors and I wanted to try scaling them myself. However, I'm having an issue with EvoScan not properly logging the fuel trims. I let the car idle for around 12 minutes on a warm engine. All that happened is my STFT's went from 12.5 to 2.5390625 and they stayed there for the remainder of the log. LTFT Idle stayed at 12.10939 the entire time, LTFT Cruise at -5.46875 the entire time and LTFT High was 0 the entire time.

I confirmed there are no boost leaks, and my front o2 sensor works. If I plug in a standard OBD2 reader I can see primary o2 voltage fluctuating, and if I look at STFT's it pretty much stays pegged at 25 dipping lower the odd time, while the car is running around 16-18:1 AFR's at idle which I obviously need to correct.

I have mode23 enabled, and the addresses for STFT and LTFT are correct in EvoScan.

Any ideas to help me out on correctly logging the fuel trims so I can get these injectors setup?

Did you rough scale the injectors in the Fuel section? I see it took 2 minutes for the STFT to change values. I could be wrong, but with the LTFT value so far off and not moving, you are too far off for the trim to correct. Also, the LTFT Cruise needs to happen crusing, not at idle. For the LTFT you need to remove battery power to reset it as I have heard it takes a read every 4 minutes and corrects slowly from each cycle. Merlin's guide leads you through the process, but it didn't work quite as advertised for me as I am still trying to improve the warm start parameters (after 30 minutes or more). Once I was close with my set-up I could see it bracketing the AFR from the tables.
