Has anyone had any luck actually getting EvoScan from their site recently? I bought it from their site and paid via PayPal but never got the automated email with the serial#; I did remember to check my spam folder, no luck. The "Help & Support" page of evoscan is blank and after searching the web for any contact info, I found out this had happened to other people in the past and they had to file a complaint through PayPal and then they got the email with the serial#. I figured I'll give that a try and I actually got the email confirming I filed a complaint AND the email saying the issue was closed and I was getting a refund at the exact same time...............???? Is the guy no longer supporting the software or is there contact info I missed? I'm trying to fix an issue with my ECU not reading my rear O2 and ECU flash will only do so much. Any insight /help is very much appreciated!!

 

I did about a week and half ago, with success. It took a few minutes to get the email from them, but worked as supposed to. The email was from Limitless Designs LTD.

 

Thanks for the info! Glad to know they're at least still up and running. Did you pay through PayPal or use a card? I'm thinking maybe one form of payment takes longer to process than the other. I tried placing another order about an hr ago but haven't gotten anything yet.

 

I believe I used a CC. Tho my receipt says paypal or credit card lol..

 

Well I finally got the link to the software! I emailed the address that was on the paypal account and got a reply saying the guy's website host did an update and it messed up the script he had running. So if anyone else comes across this issue, just reach out to the paypal email and you should hear back in a day or two.
