P420 Code

Hello

I was wondering if a lower CEL HF Cat going from 300 to 200 would throw a P420 Code? I already have a rear O2 spacer and the only diff is that the cel count is lower on my new Cat.

I have a 100cel high-flow cat and it doesn't throw the p420 code. So as long as you get a quality 200cel cat, you should be good to go.

Edit: Are you currently experiencing a p420 code??
