No, because having a larger turbine housing doesn't give you more air. The compressor wheel is smaller thus you won't get the same lbs/min of air that you would with the stock IX turbo.

there is waywayway more room make there on the x then there is on an srt4

Isn't the X turbo standard rotation? Not reverse like the IV-IX?

I am getting over-curious about this as well now seeing that there is still no pics up.

Hope I don't get flamed for suggesting this, but maybe Agency Power can post since they said they already upgraded the turbo on their X.

I know AMS pulled the motor apart. I am sure they have a spare VIII/IX turbo laying around also.

what are the performance differences or benefits between a turbo that has standard rotation vs. reverse.
so, pretty much a compare and contrast please

I believe they purchased a complete block, separate from their X, that is where the pictures of the pulled apart engine are coming from.
