Smelling Fuel /cry

During the past two weeks when I have been doing some in town driving. ( I.E. lots of stop and go, low boost, low throttle. ) After 30 miuntes of this driving the vents strat spewing fuel vapor into the cabin... opening the windows only makes this worse. The car is still stock, save for a cone filter. I have the reflashes, I'm just not looking forward to taking the car back to the dealer for a week.

Has anyone else experienced / heard about this at all. I understand the car run really rich... but vapor inthe cabin is by far on the dangerous side.

I should also note.. when i drive the car " Spirited" like it was made... it doesn't do this... only when I'm grannying it around town.

hmmm, thats odd, i have that too but i dont have a cat anymore so i can smell the fuel but only when i gun it. The car runs rich and some more then others i think. If your going to ever do mods why not start with a tune to lean out the mixture. But really you should go back to the dealer IMO. You paid 34k or more on a car, you shouldnt be taking in noxious fumes like that. Unless your trying to get out of debt quicker haha jk

I have too. Happened twice so far but has not reocured in the last few weeks. Very odd since the fuel system is a sealed system and returnless even.

Are you kidding? Where do you get your information from? EVO X has RETURN SYSTEM. It's false claims like that degrades forums.
