Buschur Evo X Parts Review
Parts:
FMIC
UICP
Intake
Mini Battery
Exhaust
So I received all my Buschur parts about three weeks back from Ben Graham. I installed everything but the exhaust and the intake two weeks ago. The front end was easy to get off. Getting the intercooler into the slot was a bit rough. This FMIC is HUGE! I got it in without breakage of any parts. UICP and minibattery were easy. All of these parts look great and are of great quality.
I have been loving the difference in power with these components but was itching to get the exhaust on!
So today I was able to do that. The old one came off within 20 minutes. I was able to complete the entire project solo in about an hour and a half with a floor jack, some stands, and the necessary tools. There was a half our intermission due to a quick rain I got in between!!
So got it done. Everything fit well and mounted right up to the stock hangers.
So then I get to kill my anticipation and start this bad boy up!! Immediate gratification!! Love the sound. Much happier in my Evo X now
Gonna get the intake from Ben today or tomorrow.
My tips are a little pitted unfortunately. Tried some NEVR-DULL polish but to no avail. It is not horrible. I will try some other stuff and see if I can get it out.
Tips are also the gold color due to heat. Though Ben's Evo was a pure track car so it probly was weathering some serious heat
Anyway parts look great especially the UICP for some flash under the hood!
Exhaust sounds great and car performs awsome with it!
I had the Buschur Exhaust with the Bullet on my 8 and loved it and the X I love as well!
Now I..... am getting custom tuned! I have an appointment with AMS on Thursday the 14th
I would like to give thanks to Buschur Racing producing the parts and having good photos of the exhaust installed!
Ben Graham for the hook up!
Love9sick for his review, installation experience and sound clips!
And AMS you are next on my review write up.

Nice writeup.. I cannot wait to pickup all my parts for my EVO X from buschur this week.. I am doing basically all the same mods as well.. We will dyno test the car before and after and provide the results for everyone as well.. Good luck with the car.. You have good start with it already!!

I bought my parts used so I assume this is wear and tear due to excessive heat as this exhaust was on a strictly track car.

My Buschur catback should be in by the end of the week so as soon as I get it on the car I'll get a few sound clips/vids up. *catless*
Quasi unrelated question but did you just reuse the gaskets or did you order new gaskets from Buschur before the install? Thanks ~Trent
