Having the thickest core you can find isn't always the best thing. Maybe for drag... But for a road course track car, the thicker cores restrict airflow to the radiator which reduces the ability of the radiator to keep coolant temps down.

 

congrats, i like the angled bars to direct the air into the IC

 

And may also couse Pressure Drop!!

 

The CORE SIZE IS 21 x 11 x 2.5.

Efficiency and function...

It blows my mind the **** some of you guys put on your cars. Core sizes that will support well over 800+hp on your car that isn't making 300whp. Lag, pressure drop, inefficient cooling....

On the other hand you must have paid a pretty penny for that thing. I'm all for bling that works.

proof? do you know how it flows? i don't see other vendors using that core..... looks like you are making a comment you can't back up.

 

looks good! is 2.5 the measurement of the pointed tubes from end to end? in other words, is the core top and bottom plates the same length as the tubes from point to point?

 

of course he doesn't. this is starting to become the norm on any jdm product posted. pathetic

 

+1 The fact of the matter is, most JDM products go through FAR more R&D than USDM ones.
