is this bolt on & plug and play with stock piping etc? is the pics showing a beta piece? the welding seems a little rough...no offense...

Yes it bolt on & plug and play with stock piping, etc. Yes this was one of the first 2 made. No offense taken. Some close ups of the welds.

Looks awesome, this made my decision on which intercooler I will be purchasing a lot easier. Ever since I bought my ram horn turbo manifold for my honda a while back, I have always like the quality of the products made by AFI.
