Quad tip exhaust

No I don't have one, but I want one.. Please some company, some vendor release one... I've always been a buschur fan(usually one of the lighest, best designed, and competitively priced products period) However, I really want a quad tip exhaust and unfortunately buschur can't do it(which I understand).. I have to say I really like the ultimate-racing turbo-back(and I would purchase it if they can do quad tips.. However I really just don't like big round tips. I want to keep my X as clean as possible..

Anyhow the only company that has done a quad tips is Cobb, and yes I would buy it.. However for some reason you can buy a downpipe and test pipe from cobb, but no cat-back yet Why? Please tell me a vendor has access to this, if so pm me a price.. If anyone has any other ideas let me know thanks.

Not sure what some people's opinion of clean vs... ricey, but maybe mine differs. The first two are UR's catback which looks good, just not a big fan of the tips.. The last ones are of cobb's quad tips.. I'll post some more in a few..

Still not feeling it. Sorry. I guess that's why we have choices here in this land of ours (unless you want a quad exhaust )

I think they look pretty good. I don't think you would see a lot of evos with a quad exhaust lol It all has to do with preference. Looks good to me though!

Here is a buschur picture.. Again very nice, and simple... Ultimately my favorite exhaust, just not a fan of the tips..

Next we have ETS.. This one just isn't my style. Quality looks nice, but I would "assume" that it is heavier than most "big shop's" exhaust. Also not a fan of the "fart can" look(which in my opinion) is "ricey"

Here is another (AMS)which I'm sure is light and effective which I like and respect. However IMO doesn't look as "nice" and a little "ricey" Again just my opnion. Now don't get me wrong or say that I'm soft.. As I had a decent(twinscroll gt3076r) evo 8 for 2-3 years and loved the car.. Loved the speed. But I am getting old (23) and got a X for a slightly more upscale feel/design. Not to be just ***** out fast(so I guess I am getting a little soft..

Here is Agency power's again nice quality, just what I would consider a little "ricey" Again I don't want to offend anyone, as everyone has different tastes. I really don't want to look like a corvette.. but I feel the quads look a little cleaner on the X..

Quads ricey? I don't think high performance european cars for example the bmw M3, ferrari f430, audi r8 are considered ricey and they all have quad exhausts. As long as the tips aren't too big or over done I don't consider them ricey at all...a large watermelon shooter is more ricey IMO.

That being said, the quads above look ill!

Haha gettin old at 23. At 31 I must be about to die!

And I am not a fan of the blue tips or "jdm lean" barrel exhaust.

I don't like the ur tips as much as the buscher, but I like the piping design better (and why I got the ur vs the buscher -- with coilovers I can't have a muffler that low.

Well I feel old since when I was 16 I bought a 91 GST eclipse(saved up as it was around $3k..) Then I bought a 95 AWD talon(17.. had if for a couple years, 50trim, etc...) Then purchased an Evo 8(age 20.. I was a bartender when I was going to school) Had it for a 2 and a half years.. So I feel that I'm getting old with my Mitsu's.. I really like Buschur's product. I feel that they and AMS are the best period(with buschur having a slight edge..)

I almost feel like I'm going to betray them.. and myself if I get something else..

However I believe my mod list will look like this very soon
Works drop in filter
Nisei Matte black one-piece "upper" ic piping
Nisei Matte black LICP and Intake pipe to the stock air box
Buschur Ported Exhaust manifold
UR? o2/downpipe, test pipe, mini-muffler option??
Cobb cat-back with quad tips... If it ever gets released
Buschur Front mount IC
Buschur MBC
Buschur installed clutch(not sure which one, as hopefully I won't need one for a while)
800-1000cc injectors and an E-85 tune

Hopefully on E-85 I'll have a nice clean stock looking Evo with 350-400whp on tap...
