so i searched and i haven't found much on turbo kits for the X. i'm not talking about bolt-on turbos like the Dominator 2, but full turbo kits. the AMS turbo kit thread seems to have died and there hasn't been any new news in any other thread. anyone have any info that i may have missed, or if things are being worked on? thanks

how about agency powers twin scroll 35r?

 

The agency kit is a little more than what i need. I'm looking for about 430whp (assuming the 4B11T can handle the same amount of power the 4G63 can) on pump without meth, so i was thinking more like an HTA-3076R. You can get an HTA-3076R super value kit for the IX from ETS for like $3,490 and that comes with a downpipe and licp. This is more along the lines of where i would be price-wise. I also pieced together what i would need to convert to blow-thru. I guess we just have to wait?

edit: and as far as i know, afi only makes a kit for the 8/9

 

Agency power has made just over 400whp with the 35r on pump. i havent heard any news about making more power so if u want 450whp on pump ur going to have to wait til more R&D are done.

Yeah, i'm not dead set on 450whp, but around 430whp on a dynojet would be ok. 400whp on a 35R is pretty low, unless its a buschur dyno or something.

 

what about the dominator 2 turbo and some meth it should hit about 430whp.

 

AFI has a Twinscroll or a single scroll 3076 out for the X,as well as a GT35R, you just have to call and talk to Jesse.

I'm sure he can get you whatever you need.

i believe there is a member on here with the dom. 2 and he's experiencing surging? also, i would rather run a full kit with an exhaust manifold, ewg etc. - also, for now i'm not interested in meth. after the install, if i feel like i need more, i would get the meth.
