Cosworth gasket for X

i would like to upgrade my turbo in the near future.

question is

is a new head gasket and head stud needed to hold the head together?

cosworth has a 1.1 and 1.3mm version gasket, what is the difference? which 1 would i need for my application? would gasket thickness change the compression ratio of the engine?

thanks for the help.

I don't think Cossie has released anything officially for the X yet, but I don't think you'll need one, although it could never hurt.
